Bey Rivals Tier List (October 2026)
S tier on the 30 Oct 2026 chart is Flare Fafnir, Halo Helios and Hallowed Horus. Kaiser Cerberon sits outside S, A and B after the move fixes.
This order comes from one tier chart (beyrivals.com); the wiki supplies roster context, not an independent confirmation of each tier. It is a community reading of the 28 Oct 2026 balance pass, not an official ranked ladder. Flare Fafnir is the only Divine layer in the named set. Its drain was narrowed to right-spin Beys on 25 Oct, then Drain Spin was shortened from 3 hits to 2 hits on 28 Oct. Halo Helios moved to Balance on 25 Oct, is left-spin, and was buffed again on 26 and 28 Oct, including a burst bonus above 70% spin.
Lone Longinox is the A-tier Attack layer that was buffed on 22 Oct, had a faster meter from 25 Oct, and lost 1 Attack while gaining 0.7 g on 28 Oct. I keep those patch lines next to the letter grade so a tier never looks timeless.
Fifteen named layers are still Unranked on the chart I used. That includes starters such as Kaiser Cerberon, which was raised to Legendary on 25 Oct and then left outside S, A and B. Filter the table by S, A, B or Unranked. Empty type cells stay empty on purpose.

FAQ
Who publishes this tier list?
No developer tier list is posted on the Roblox page. The letters come from the community chart dated 30 Oct 2026, cross-read with the wiki’s patch notes.
Does this rank Beyblade Burst Rivals Beys?
No. Victory Valtryek and the other mobile Beys are a different roster. Their table is on the mobile characters page.
Why is a strong-looking Bey unranked?
If the 30 Oct chart did not assign S, A or B, I leave Unranked. I do not promote a Bey from a single creator video.
