On a keyboard, Q launches, WASD moves, SPACE is the driver move, and R, G and V are the three layer moves. E awakens.

A perfect launch, from 25 Oct onward, asks you to hit every shrinking ring as it meets the circle during the 3-2-1 count. Each hit is Q. Landing every bubble grants Power Launch. Missing one is not a perfect.
The beyrivals.com update log reports that on 28 Oct the clash became a timing dial. When the needle enters the green, yellow or orange zone you press click, Q, R2 or A. That one source describes about five zones across about five seconds. It reports mashing as a miss and a 1.2 second Brace cooldown. The community controls wiki is dated 25 Oct and instead describes spam-clicking at eight clicks per second; these are dated, conflicting descriptions, not two confirmations of the current control.
No guide I read mentions a rebind menu. Phone touch controls are not written down, so I am not drawing a fake mobile layout. Console beyond the pad row above is the same gap.
